Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@breathandbalance.uk.
If your return is accepted, you will need to arrange return postage to us at your own expense.
We only accept returns on unused items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Item fit or comfort
If you have purchased an AIRWAAV mouthpiece or Silent Mammoth nasal dilator and are experiencing issues with the fit, please contact us in the first instance. We work with both manufacturers to offer replacement products.
The Silent Mammoth comes in two sizes, if you experience issues with sizing, we will offer a replacement. Please note, the customer must cover shipping costs for this.
These devices come with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the device you can return them to us for a refund (excluding postage).
Items that have been used must be washed in soapy water and then returned. If you have a plastic ziplock bag to put them in that would be appreciated. We do not cover postage costs.
On receipt of your items, we will issue a refund.
If you used a free shipping promotion and your refund reduces the total order value below the free shipping threshold, we will deduct the shipping cost from your total refund amount.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
