It works, although can be painful so you have to adjust to your level. It's way overpriced for a bit of coated steel-not sure why they didn't just use steel (as in nose rings), and charge £5.
I dont struggle with snoring but with nasal valve collapse and this helped me sleep better trough the night
These are the best nasal dilators around, I have found nothing as comfortable or discreet. I just wish there was a monthly discounted plan. Genius design, well done.

This works really well but I've given a 3 star review as it (unhelpfully) does not say anywhere on this website that the dilator should be discarded after 30 uses. It only says that in the instructions you receive once the item arrives. Quite disappointed with this as I probably wouldn't have bought it in the first place if I knew that.
Anyway, the dilator is great and very comfortable. It makes a big difference. I will probably just wear it when I'm going out walking to help with my breathing then.
